RecruitSmart is an AI-based tool designed to streamline the hiring process by conducting automated phone interviews with candidates.
My role in this project was focused on designing the recruiter-facing interfaces. These include the screen where recruiters customize the AI’s interview parameters and questions, as well as the results page, where detailed insights from specific calls are displayed.
Additionally, I contributed several functional ideas to enhance the app’s overall usability and efficiency.
Recruiters often face challenges in efficiently filtering through large volumes of job applications, spending significant time on initial screenings, which are typically repetitive and resource-intensive.
To address this, the concept of RecruitSmart was developed. I designed an intuitive interface allowing recruiters to customize AI-driven candidate interviews by setting key parameters and creating tailored questions. The design aimed to provide a seamless user experience, enabling recruiters to efficiently manage and review candidates’ interview results.
With RecruitSmart, recruiters can now automate the initial candidate screening process. The AI conducts phone interviews, collects responses, and presents them in a structured results dashboard, including candidate fit scores and customizable filters. This allows for faster, more informed decision-making, freeing recruiters to focus on higher-value tasks.
