Addressing the UI Kit project for Aliseda and their internal tool, we faced several challenges.

Firstly, the diversity of old tools Aliseda had in its arsenal presented a significant challenge.Integrating all these tools into one cohesive platform was a significant undertaking.

Additionally, the lack of consistency and coherence in the previous tools posed another major challenge. Creating a UI Kit that ensured visual and interaction consistency throughout the new tool was essential for improving efficiency and usability.

Last but not least, aligning the project with end-user needs was crucial. Understanding their workflows and requirements was essential to ensure that the new tool and resulting UI Kit met their needs optimally.

Throughout the project’s development, several key actions were taken.

Firstly, thorough research was conducted to understand the functionalities and deficiencies of the existing tools. User feedback was collected, and areas for improvement were identified.

Then, several prototypes were created and subjected to usability testing to iterate and refine the UI Kit’s design. Emphasis was placed on simplicity, consistency, and accessibility throughout.

Additionally, close collaboration with software development teams, business analysts, and Aliseda stakeholders ensured smooth implementation and alignment with project objectives.

The provided solution focused on several key aspects.

Firstly, a comprehensive set of user interface components was developed, spanning from buttons and forms to navigation elements and data visualization. This UI Kit was designed to be modular and scalable, allowing for easy customization and adaptation as Aliseda’s needs evolved.

Finally, the new internal tool was developed using the UI Kit, ensuring consistent and efficient implementation. Training and ongoing support were provided to ensure successful adoption by end-users.
